We will begin with an introductory meeting so I can understand your goals and the challenges you face. We will then embark on a guided course where you will learn the practice of Transcendental Meditation with personal instruction.
Our 6 month follow up programme gives you the opportunity to update your progress and make changes that will help you live a healthier life beyond our sessions together.


The teaching of Transcendental Meditation is administered by a national educational charity, the Maharishi Foundation, which maintains the standard of teaching nationwide.

Although Transcendental Meditation is most effective when practiced daily, we recommend 15-20 minute sessions once to twice a day. Short, attentive sessions will show steady progress over time.
