How did you find the instruction? Was there any way in which it could have been improved?

I think it was very good and the atmosphere was very informal, so I always felt comfortable to ask questions if needed.  I
liked the checking process to reassure me that I was doing it right.

What benefits do you get from your meditation?

I feel like the more trivial things I got stressed about don’t matter now.  I have a more positive outlook and feel able to achieve
more.
