Meditation classes in Transcendental Meditation are taught in the same way all over the world. The full course we offer comprises:
- Introductory meeting
- Learning TM
- Six-month follow-up programme
Transcendental Meditation classes are taught by qualified teachers who have spent at least six months on full-time training programmes designed and supervised by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of Transcendental Meditation.
The teaching of Transcendental Meditation is administered by a national educational charity, the Maharishi Foundation, which maintains the standard of teaching nationwide.
To make learning TM open to as many people as possible while covering our costs, the fee for learning TM is income-related. All students are offered a six-month support programme to help them get the most out of their meditation.
